With a deep knowledge of not only Seattle but also all of western Washington, Terry Payseno, who works out of Coldwell Banker’s Bain office, considers himself a regional real estate broker. He specializes in serving the particular needs of seniors who are downsizing but also loves assisting first-time buyers as they begin their journey to own their first home.
The winner of the Coldwell Banker Bain President’s Award and Homelight Top Negotiator Award is known and appreciated for his accessibility and for putting his clients and fellow brokers at ease. He leans on his expert organizational and negotiating skills, as well as a conversational but clear communication style, to rise above the competition.
When it comes to his senior clients, Payseno excels at helping them downsize their belongings and organize their move. “I can do as much or as little as they need and implement a plan for them with key support teams,” he assures. “I have great empathy for the process that they are going through. I am also keen at discerning the situation from a strategic perspective when negotiating the transaction.”
Recently, Payseno put all of his skills to work to complete an important transaction for trusted clients who had fallen in love with a home in their neighborhood. “I tracked down the history of the home and found that it was now an estate sale,” Payseno recalls. “Through careful and lengthy negotiations with the estate’s attorney, I was able to procure that home for my clients.”
In addition to volunteering for Make-a-Wish, the Pride Foundation and Queen Anne Helpline, Payseno makes fitness a priority and dances with a dance group four or five times a week. He enjoys traveling and is currently learning to speak French in preparation for a return trip to Paris.
