Having spent the past 24 years helping first-time homebuyers navigate the complexities of homeownership, Titus Davis began his journey into lending unexpectedly after pursuing a degree in photography and digital imaging. Initially aiming for a career as an artist, Davis shifted gears when the “starving artist” reality hit, joining his father’s mortgage company. Though his artistic aspirations have taken a back seat, his background in photography still plays an important role in his work — especially when creating social media content and educational videos for his clients.
Davis is known for his fun, laid-back and educational approach to lending. Clients frequently praise his ability to break down complex information in an entertaining yet informative way. His videos are a particular hit, offering personalized insights that clients can revisit throughout the process. Davis has encountered a wide range of market conditions, and with that, the knowledge to guide clients through changing real estate landscapes effectively. He employs the strong leadership of his processing team to best understand the long-term goals of his clientele and craft informed mortgage plans tailored to their individual needs.
Professionally, Davis is affiliated with organizations such as Western Washington Realtist, Young Realtist Division and the African American Leadership Forum. He considers his role as the preferred lender for the African American Leadership Forum’s $100,000 down payment assistance program to be a standout accomplishment.
Outside of work, Davis volunteers with the nonprofit Raising Girls, a cause close to his heart that works to end hygiene insecurity for local youth. In his free time, he hopes to return to his artistic roots in photography, balancing a successful lending career with his creative passions.
