Strong negotiation skills, experience with complex deals and knowledge of new construction are all in Realtor Nicole Dankworth’s toolbox, but there is one quality she says is most important to her success in real estate: grit. “If you don’t have grit, you won’t make it in this industry; you have to be willing to work harder than anyone and prove yourself time and time again,” she asserts.
Immersed in her primary market of West Seattle, Dankworth thrives on the hustle. She begins each client relationship with a consultation to learn about their unique goals and explain how she can best serve them. Then they get to work. “I take care of all the details and make it easy and fun for my clients,” she explains. “Meanwhile, behind the scenes, I am negotiating immensely on their behalf and making magic happen.”
Clients have commented on her ability to help tricky or complex deals come together. For example, in the last year, she closed on several unique properties and secured two highest-price-per-square-foot records for her sellers. She also helped a buyer secure an investment property for 35 percent below asking price.
The Keller Williams Luxury Division agent works with many local builders and developers, which gives her a reach that has helped her earn a reputation for finding buyers the right home for their needs. She and her small team take a client-focused approach with the goal of delivering the best possible experience. To Dankworth, that means making sure the client’s deal will close. “If you work with me, it’s closing,” Dankworth assures. “I will make it happen.”
Dankworth is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys boating and world travel. Cooking, working out and relaxing with a good book are also on her to-do list in her downtime.
