Theresa Ahdieh, Real Estate Broker

Windermere Real Estate Company

Growing up in Bellingham and raising her family in Bothell, Theresa Ahdieh now resides in North Seattle. With deep family roots throughout the region and a background in hospitality and international experience, she has developed a keen understanding of the diverse markets and lifestyles across the area. Her journey into real estate in the Pacific Northwest began in 2017 after living overseas. Ahdieh realized her passion for homes and helping people, and how it aligned perfectly with a career in real estate.

Ahdieh’s business style is a blend of professionalism and approachability. She prides herself on guiding first-time buyers and referral clients through the process of purchasing or selling properties with ease, ensuring the experience is both fun and transparent. Whether it’s a treehouse, floating home or multifamily residence, Ahdieh tailors her services to meet the needs of her clients across a broad spectrum of housing types. Her success stems from her authenticity, integrity and her ability to communicate clearly while incorporating humor and positivity into every transaction. “Everything is ‘figureoutable’ and nothing is dire,” says Ahdieh.

As a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Seattle King County Association of Realtors and Washington Realtors, Ahdieh is committed to staying connected with her industry and maintaining high professional standards. She recently partnered with a fellow broker she previously mentored to form Under the Pink Umbrella, a venture combining Ahdieh’s creativity and marketing expertise with the sharp analytical skills of her partner.

Outside of work, Ahdieh enjoys spending time with her Bernedoodle, Opie, and her Siamese kittens, Coco and Chanel. She is also a board member of Puget Sound Regional Services, Washington’s largest supported-living provider for individuals with developmental disabilities. When she’s not working, Ahdieh can be found at the gym, cooking or entertaining friends.
