The city of Seabrook broke ground on The Sunset District, the final phase of its town center. The project includes luxury ocean-front condominiums and townhomes, plus over 14,000 square feet of retail space.
The 25 residences located within The Sunset District will be priced from $1.45 million to over $3 million. Homes will range from 1,210 to 2,800 square feet.
Three four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom homes are already listed for pre-sale at $2.3 million.
The project is part of Seabrook’s larger $150 million expansion. Previous community development projects include a pool, fitness center, grocery store, biking and hiking trails and 42,000 square feet of retail space, as well as forest restoration and wetland protection efforts.
“This expansion reflects a market demand for more opportunities to live, work and vacation on the Washington coast,” COO Jeff Gundersen said in a press release. “Our growth continues to align with our commitment to sustainability and creating a unique Pacific Northwest beach town.”
