The National Association of Realtors’® strategic investment arm, Second Century Ventures, named eight real estate-technology firms for its 2025 REACH scale-up program.
The companies will receive education, mentorship, networking opportunities and exposure to the global real estate community, with the aim of helping them grow through the real estate vertical and adjacent markets.
“The eight companies selected for the 2025 REACH program have the potential to drive meaningful change across real estate now and well into the future,” NAR REACH Managing Partner Ashley Stinton said. “With a range of solutions that drive efficiency, streamline business operations and enhance the consumer experience, these technologies are empowering real estate professionals to operate thriving businesses and better serve their clients.”
The 2025 REACH class is:
- Foyer: a financial technology company offering a “401(k) for homeownership” and personalized homebuying guidance.
- Guest House: automates home-listing preparation through a suite of services including staging, photography, cleaning and moving.
- Infinityy: a city-scale network of AI-guided, personalized tours of every property and neighborhood in an MLS that engages and qualifies prospects 24/7.
- NEO: a multilingual sales and marketing tool that works with associations and MLSs to help agents sell new construction more efficiently.
- Pitch59: video PitchCards that help agents introduce themselves, network and increase referrals.
- Pixlmob: a network for agents to connect with verified photographers, editors and AI tools to create property visuals.
- Tether RE: a security tool to safeguard agents through the transaction process from first contact to closing with 24/7 live monitoring, SOS alerts, struggle detection and criminal background checks.
- QwikFix: allows agents and their clients to turn home-inspection reports into repair quotes that are fulfilled by licensed contractors.
