Bellevue-based Maggie Real Estate is now affiliated with Keller Williams Bellevue. The group was formerly affiliated with RE/MAX.

The team, now operating as the Maggie Real Estate Group, was founded by Maggie Sun, a bilingual agent born and raised in China and fluent in both Mandarin and English. She and her team had a sales volume of $179.5 million across 144 units in 2024.

“I have always been a big fan of Gary Keller and his best-selling books, which have been a real inspiration for our industry and my business,” Sun said in a press release. “I like the modern management style of the KW Bellevue office, the connections and resources that we can enjoy in the local market, and how friendly the fee structure is for a medium team like us.”
