A number of leaders and executives in Seattle real estate were named to T3 Sixty’s Swanepoel Power 200, an annual ranking of the most powerful players in the industry.

OB Jacobi and Jill and Geoff Wood, co-presidents of Windermere Real Estate, were the highest ranking Seattle leaders on the list at No. 26.

Also in the top 50 was J. Lennox Scott, chair and CEO of John L. Scott Real Estate, at No. 32.

Further down the list at No. 155 was Jennifer Lind, president of Coldwell Banker in the West region, who’s held a number of positions at the Washington Realtors Association and at Northwest MLS (NWMLS).

Meanwhile, Justin Haag, CEO of NWMLS and board member for the Council of Multiple Listing Services, ranked No. 194.
