University Place-based brokerage Blue Chip Realty is now affiliated with CENTURY 21 and will operate as CENTURY 21 Blue Chip.

The brokerage will remain under the leadership of founder and broker/owner Greg Pubols, a Tacoma native who started his career as a Certified Public Accountant before joining the real estate industry in 1993 and ultimately launching Blue Chip Realty in 2020.

“Our small firm was only known in our immediate community, but now we have a portal to the rest of the real estate world,” Pubols said in a press release. “I love our name, our people and our culture, and now the CENTURY 21 brand will allow us to enhance all of these things without changing who we are.”
