Terrene Property Group broke ground on Vineyard Creek, a residential development that will be part of the Harvest mixed-use master-planned community.
Located in Woodinville’s Wine Village, Vineyard Creek will feature 45 duplex homes ranging in size from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet.
Terrene secured a $46 million construction loan through Sound Capital for the development, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025.
