Windermere Services Mountain West President and CEO Scott Wetzel was appointed chief development officer of Windermere Real Estate. In his new role, Wetzel will focus on expanding the parent company’s 10-state footprint further across the country.

“With over 30 years of experience, Scott has a very successful track record of developing successful franchise partnerships,” CEO Geoff Wood said in a press release. “In his current role, Scott has helped open new real estate franchises in numerous areas, and I’m confident he’ll be successful at expanding that to the rest of our network.”

Wetzel brings many years of real estate and entrepreneurial experience to his new position. The Windermere franchise owner co-founded several tech companies in the past, including Innovative Technology Solutions and BestpricePC.com.
