Bellevue builder Conner Homes on Friday announced the opening of its newest community, Hudson.
The six-home neighborhood is in the West Ridge area of Woodinville. The homes range from 3,078 to 3,510 square feet and are priced from the high $1 millions, the builder said.
Buyers can choose their floorplan, which includes five bedrooms, up to 3-plus bathrooms and two- or three-car garages.
“Hudson offers a relaxing alternative to living in Seattle, Bellevue or Kirkland,” Conner Homes President Michael Lorenz said in a news release. “These homes are beautifully appointed with luxury features that were hand-selected by professional interior designers. What’s best is the location: bordering Bothell and Kirkland in a quiet setting just minutes from I-405.”
Conner Homes is a family-owned builder rooted in the Pacific Northwest for more than 60 years.
