Real Estate Consulting ranked the 50 top-selling master-planned communities during the first half of the year, and Tehaleh in Bonney Lake made the list. 

The community developed by Brookfield Properties has sold 227 units in 2022, tying for No. 42 on the national list. 

Tehaleh sold 271 units during the same period in 2021, meaning sales dropped 20% year over year. That lines up with year-over-year home sales declines in the top 50 master-planned communities, which dropped 18% compared to the first half of 2021.

The top-selling master-planned community was The Villages near Orlando, Florida. It sold 1,500 units in the first half of the year.
