Harrison Lee loves finding the right loan structure for clients, which will provide them with the best rates. The work is meaningful to him; something his previous job as a merchandising analyst lacked.

Lee, a senior home lending advisor with JP Morgan Chase, has worked in lending for a decade. Hardworking and dependable, he delivers loans at the right rate and time. Best of all, he enjoys helping make clients New Year’s resolutions of owning their homes come true.

Results oriented, he manages to maintain a sense of humor during stressful situations, an endearing quality that has led him to build a business based mostly on referrals. Lee is part of the Seattle Chase Home Lending team. “When loans get complicated, I reach out to my manager and colleagues for advice and solutions,” he says. “They are always supportive and help us think outside the box.” He’s also part of the Chase branch’s Private Client service team that works closely with JPMorgan Advisors and bankers. “Together we work to make real estate and home ownership a complement to clients’ overall financial plan,” he says.

Lee works hard to understand each client’s situation and goals, to let them know their options. His team includes three assistants, which allows them more time to form deeper connections with clients.

Fluent in Russian, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish, Lee’s multi-lingual abilities enable him to help and understand more people. A member of the Asian Realtor Association, he volunteers with World Vision, a Christian organization that helps combat human trafficking and supplies clean water, food and medical care to people in underserved countries. He also supports Vine Maple Place, an organization that aids homeless residents and victims of domestic abuse in King County.
