Raised on the East Coast and inspired by her mother’s work in real estate, Andrea Korican developed an early appreciation for homes and the communities they shape. After more than 30 years as a flight attendant — a career that allowed her to hone her communication skills and service mindset — she sought a new path during the COVID-19 pandemic. That pivotal period led her to real estate. Today, she serves clients across Seattle, the Eastside, Ballard, Capitol Hill and beyond. She is also in the process of obtaining her Arizona license, extending her reach to clients nationwide.
Korican is known for her approachable, detail-oriented style. She ensures clients feel comfortable asking questions and prides herself on making transactions seamless. Many of her clients come through referrals or from open house opportunities. Clients appreciate her listening skills, loyalty and resourcefulness. After joining the collaborative team at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, she has further expanded her expertise while offering buyers and sellers the support they need for success.
While she is relatively new to the industry, Korican has quickly established herself in luxury, new construction and multi-unit projects. She credits her success to her communication and adaptability, including her ability to pivot with market changes. Clients consistently describe her as kind, knowledgeable and committed to going above and beyond for their needs.
Outside of real estate, Korican is dedicated to her family, including her grown twins — a son in Michigan and a daughter in Seattle. She prioritizes staying connected with relatives and loves traveling, wine tasting and staying active through Peloton and CrossFit. A former wine bar owner, she enjoys the stories and passion behind each bottle. Grounding her personal and professional life in connection and service, she brings authenticity and dedication to every client relationship.
