Toll Brothers among Gold winners at The Nationals

by Emily Marek

Toll Brothers was among the Seattle-area builders honored at The Nationals, an award ceremony from the National Association of Home Builders recognizing outstanding achievements in new construction.

Silver winners were selected by a panel of industry professionals, with the top vote recipients in each category earning The Nationals Gold Award. Awards were presented during a ceremony on Feb. 25.

“This program enables us to honor and celebrate our industry, our peers, the professionals and building partners who contribute to the success of our communities,” Tiffany George, chair of The Nationals, wrote in the 2024 Winners Book. “We extend our congratulations to all the Silver and Gold Award winners.”

Toll Brothers won a Gold Award for Best Community Amenity for Regency at Ten Trails Clubhouse in Black Diamond. Regency at Ten Trails also earned the builder a Silver Award for Detached Community of the Year.

Toll Brothers also won a Silver Award for Best Single-Family Detached Model Home, Under 2,000 Square Feet, for its Dewberry Plan at Centre Cottages in Kirkland.

As for other Seattle-area Silver Award winners, Tri Pointe Homes was recognized for Best Single Family Detached Model Home, 3,001 to 2,500 Square Feet, for Plan 1 at Alterra, while MainStreet Property Group won Best Multifamily Model Home for The Pine at B6B.
